Premises Licence/Personal Licence Holder An Occasional Licence has effect for such period of not more than 14 days as the Licensing Board may determine.
Voluntary Organisation A Licensing Board may issue an Occasional Licence in respect of a voluntary organisation in any period of 12 months:-
provided that, in any period of 12 months the total number of days on which Occasional Licences issued in respect of the organisation have effect does not exceed 56.
Club Premises A Licensing Board may issue an Occasional Licence in respect of a club premises in any period of 12 months:-
For any period during which an Occasional Licence has effect in respect of those premises, the Conditions of any Premises Licence issued in respect of the premises are not to have effect.
